Your new role:
*To support the contract's and General Manager.
*Manage and supervise a team of 6 engineers.
*Provide contract, schedule, and administration support for the wider team.
*Support in business functions.
*Be able to support with any escalated concerns from the customer support team.
*Run reports and manage and support database entries.
*Deal with daily enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed *Proven experience as a supervisor.
*Technical background.
*Knowledge of engineering or mechanical support.
*Strong administrative skills.
*Knowledge of multi-system data entry, analysis, and data compiling.
*Ability to work under pressure.
*Be able to complete work on time and to deadlines.
