We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Liverpool Street location.
Job an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance operations within our properties. You will lead a team of skilled electricians, ensuring all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards, complying with health and safety regulations. Your role will involve both hands-on electrical work and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical maintenance team.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and safety checks.
Manage the procurement of electrical supplies and equipment.
Provide training and support to junior team members.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues.Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in using maintenance management software.
Flexibility to work on-call and respond to emergencies outside regular working hours.Benefits:
