Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident team leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of customer service, supporting colleagues and achieving business targets.
As Supervisor, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the operation, helping to lead the team, maintain standards and ensure customers receive an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Supervisor:
Support the day-to-day running of the team and operation
Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve high standards
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally
Allocate tasks and ensure the team is working effectively
Monitor performance, standards and productivity
Support the training and development of new and existing team members
Ensure company policies, procedures and health and safety standards are followed
Assist with opening and closing procedures where required
Handle operational issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
Support the management team in achieving sales, service and business targets
Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment
About You
You will be a hands-on and approachable Supervisor who leads by example. You will have the confidence to take responsibility, support your colleagues and maintain high standards even during busy periods.
Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Shift Leader or Senior Team Member would be advantageous.
