We supply candidates from operative to executive level and are currently working with a leading social housing building and maintenance contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor to cover the Swindon area.

Day to Day:
Managing responsive repairs and planned maintenance works across social housing properties throughout the Swindon area. You will oversee a team of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Role:

Carrying out property inspections and surveys.
Scoping and scheduling repair works.
Managing and supporting operatives and subcontractors.
Monitoring health & safety compliance on site.
Delivering toolbox talks and conducting regular site visits.
Ensuring works are completed within KPI and SLA targets.
Liaising with tenants, clients and internal teams.
Updating job progress using IT systems and producing reports where required.Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Strong building and technical knowledge.
Time-served trades background with supervisory or management experience.
Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation.
Good understanding of responsive repairs and social housing maintenance.
Strong organisational and people management skills.
IT literate with experience using handheld or job management systems.
Full UK driving licence.Package:

£40,000 per annum.
Company van.
