We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Supervisor to join a leading fashion retailer in Belfast. The Role as Supervisor.
As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.
Key responsibilities for Supervisor include:
Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving commercial performance.
Leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to maximise sales and profitability.
Supporting stock management, deliveries and replenishment.
Assisting with rotas, team training and the smooth running of daily operations.
Leading by example on the shop floor and creating a positive, customer-focused environment.
About You
Previous experience in a retail supervisory or senior sales position.
A passion for fashion, trends and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
Commercially aware, with a good understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance.
Proactive, hands-on and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Ambitious, enthusiastic and keen to progress within a growing retail business.
