Job Title: Summer Event Host
Location: Westerham
Days/ Hours: Saturday & Sunday 8:30am - 5:30pm or 9:30am - 6:30pm
Hourly Rate: Up to £11.50 per hour
Brook Street are currently working with one of our clients based in the Westerham area who are looking for an event host to support throughout the busy summer period. In return you will be working in a fast paced, varied and well established tourist and events client.
My client is looking for passionate, approachable, friendly and customer focused staff who have a flexible attitude with regards to working shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, some admin experience, being confident with MS Office Packages and be happy to work with chip and pin payments
Due to location successful applicants must drive as there is no access via public transport.
Duties will include
- Meeting and greeting all customers & Clients
- Managing preflight briefing videos and completion of documentation
- Up selling of flight upgrades and merchandise
- Managing and distributing gift packs and certificates
- Maintaining and checking all in-flight videos
- Liaising with tour guides and arranging tours across the site
- Restocking merchandise and supplies
- Assisting customers and clients with photo opportunities across the site
- Liaising with pilots and ground crews
- General admin duties as and when required
- General housekeeping duties of guest areas
- Good PC skills, including Microsoft word and Excel
