My high-profile client is recruiting for an SME on SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding. The role is a Hybrid position on site 3 days a week and 2 days from home, working normal office hours.

Purpose of Job

1) A subject matter expert on SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 deployment and cutover activities to ensure a smooth go live of these modules with minimal disruption, against a wider transformation delivery of SuccessFactors.

2) Collaborate on the development of cutover plan, be part of the cutover team to support a smooth transition from current recruitment and onboarding tools and processes to the new modules in SuccessFactors.

3) Provide regular updates on cutover progress and highlight any risks and issues to programme leadership team and key stakeholders.

4) Providing support and steady guidance to users on the new ways of working with regards to recruitment and onboarding throughout UAT, end-user training and go-live. Support will be via various channels including one-to-one functional guidance, group workshops, contributing to the creation of support materials and knowledge guides.

Background

1) The EMEA HR Services Transformation programme is a multi-million-pound EMEA wide programme across 19 countries and over 3,000 people that will transform the services offered by HR to become a more dynamic, efficient, and effective with greater data and insights to enable greater strategic and consultive services to the business.

2) The programme includes the implementation of new technologies including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Service Now, Ingentis and Qualtrics to support the goals of the programme, as well as the development of new Target Operating Models (TOM) and Service Delivery Models (SDM). Existing SuccessFactors modules are being upgraded and their use expanded across the EMEA region.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Relevant functional experience in SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 with experience of at least 2 end-to-end deployments with a desire that one of the end-to-ends is an upgrade of Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
Hands-on experience in process development and understanding Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 in additional to overall solution design.
Strong knowledge and experience with Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0
Experience in working with end users to support them the process and navigation of Recruitment and Onboarding.
Should be able to lead efforts, with minimal supervision, involving relevant Business/Process/Testers/employee experience teams to deliver the best user experience for Recruitment and Onboarding.
Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices and standard functionality.
Providing support to End Users around Recruiting and Onboarding and working with Employee Experience make sure that the solution and knowledge transfer will reflect the expectations.
Support the decommissioning of the HR Bulletin Board (legacy Lotus Notes database supporting Recruitment)
Working the change team about the Communication to support the implementation of Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0
Provide content for Knowledge articles about the Recruitment and Onboarding process to support go live.
Provide hands on support for UAT
Excellent communicator and deliver clear messaging at senior level, in groups and in 1-2-1's.
Collecting, assessing, and prioritising users requests for improvements and process enhancements and where applicable providing valid workarounds.
Support migration and transition activities including onboarding new Recruitment Agencies to the portals, migration of in-flight hiring activity from spreadsheets to SuccessFactors, management of in-flight requisitions and onboardees in SuccessFactors to new modules.

Experience & Knowledge

1) Experience of Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0 from an end user perspective

2) Experience in project delivery of SuccessFactors and Recruitment and Onboarding

3) Experience in complex organisations, include stakeholders spanning multiple geographies
