Our rapidly expanding manufacturing client, in Haverhill, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Sub-Assembly Operative.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of their production process, responsible for assembling components to create sub-assemblies for their products. While prior experience in sub-assembly work is not required, we will progress individuals who possess the right attributes and work ethic.

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week, with temporary opportunities also available. The hours will be 8am-4.30pm.
As a Sub-Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include interpreting assembly instructions, gathering necessary materials, and using hand and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
Additionally, you'll work closely with the production team to ensure that sub-assemblies meet quality standards and contribute to overall workflow efficiency.
We are looking for someone who can be a strong team player but work well independently! You must be able to take instructions and apply to your work efficiently, as well as prioritise tasks accordingly. Having a strong work ethic, being naturally committed to your role, and having strong time keeping skills is very important.
