Sub Agent – HS2

Location: HS2

Package: Market‑leading salary + uplift + accommodation/travel + benefits

The Role Operational leadership role managing sections of earthworks delivery, ensuring programme, safety, and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

*

Managing daily site operations across earthworks zones

*

Driving programme, productivity, and resource planning

*

Leading site teams, subcontractors, and engineering staff

*

Ensuring compliance with HS2 standards and environmental controls

*

Reporting progress, risks, and commercial impacts

*

Supporting temporary works coordination and technical assurance

Requirements

*

Proven experience as Sub Agent/Section Manager

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Solid understanding of earthworks methodologies and constraints

*

Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple work fronts
