Description:
Abatec is recruiting for a freelance Sub Agent to join one of the world’s biggest Civil Engineering projects with an immediate start. This is an opportunity to join an award-winning tier one contractor that have secured a challenging project at the prestigious Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater, Somerset.
The project consists largely of RC structures, associated infrastructure and general civil engineering works
As Sub Agent you will:
* Manage a team of Engineers, ensuring compliance with the project requirements.
* Identify and resource materials to support the programme of planned works.
* Identify and record NCR’s, ITPs and changes to scope of works.
* Write, review and issue RAMS.
* Produce look-ahead programme of works, and review progress against programme.
* Be required to undertake security clearance, due to the nature of the project.
Our client requires a Sub Agent with:
* ONC/HNC/Degree or in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience working in a similar position within a Civil Engineering environment, ideally
* CSCS and SMSTS
Salary/Benefits:
* £400 - £425 per day (PAYE)
