Job Title: Sub Agent – Highways
Location: Basingstoke
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: Monday
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a highways scheme near Basingstoke, with an immediate start available.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working on highways or civil engineering projects and be confident supporting the delivery of works on site.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist with the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities.
* Support the delivery of works in line with project programmes and specifications.
* Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and resources.
* Monitor progress and help ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety and quality on site.
* Liaise with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery of the scheme.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Sub Agent role within highways or civil engineering.
* Strong knowledge of site operations and project delivery.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
* Availability to start on Monday.
Contract Details:
* 6-month contract.
* Outside IR35.
* Highways scheme based near Basingstoke.
* Immediate start.
