Description:
Highways Sub Agent required for major highways improvement taking place in the Gloucester area for a national highways contractor.
Our clients have an ongoing programme of works in the region and most specifically on this major improvement in the area which requires an experienced Sub Agent with experience in major Highways works.
As the successful Sub Agent you will be tasked with specifying, scheduling, and managing engineering resources (both personnel and physical assets) to ensure the assigned project complies with design specifications. Your role will involve implementing plans safely, meeting deadlines, maintaining quality standards, and optimising customer satisfaction and gross profit.
You will need to be a degree qualified Site Engineer (Civils background), alongside holding a CSCS Card. Experience within a Sub Agent position on previous highways projects is a must here, ideally having worked on National Highways schemes.
The work is to be carried out on day shifts.
