Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sub Agent to join our team for an exciting water project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of the project, working closely with the project management team and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Agent in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the water project.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, identifying any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, drawings, and project records.
Provide support to the Senior Agent in resolving any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the project.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience working on water projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to water infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
