About the Company
My client is a Civil Engineering Tier Two subcontractor who also act as a main contractor on various projects. They currently operate in 8 countries and have a turnover of £250M. They work primarily on major infrastructure projects providing groundworks and civil engineering expertise. Sectors include residential, commercial, public, technology, infrastructure and data centre markets offering a broad range of services including civil engineering, utilities and construction.
About the role
This role will be to oversee the fit out, steel frame, full envelope and refurb of a major project in Hertfordshire. There are two buildings being built next to each other on a £113M project. The package you will be looking after is valued at £28M and you will be acting as a sub agent on one of the two buildings. This is a very collaborative role that will involve working alongside another sub agent who will be looking after the other building. You will need to have CSA experience.

Requirements
You will be degree qualified and have an excellent knowledge of the utility and major infrastructure sector. A minimum of 3 years experience in a Sub Agent role is required and a working knowledge fit out and refurb packages is essential. CSA experience is a must for this role and you will be fully site based for this role. You will have experience of working with a Civil Engineering contractor and will have good stability on your CV of at least two years with each previous company
