Studio Support Engineer

A leading media business is looking for talented individuals to join their bustling studio support team and help provide top-notch service to a global client base. As a Studio Network Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to person for face-to-face, telephone, and email support across all services, with a special focus on studio-related solutions.From installation and configuration to troubleshooting connectivity issues, you'll play a crucial role in keeping the operations running smoothly.What you'll be doing day to day as Studio Support Engineer :
Installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment
Leading small to medium networking projects and deployments
Managing support cases via Salesforce
Providing technical support at client meetings
Developing detailed studio documentationYou'll also be involved in various aspects of the business, making every day an exciting new challenge! Here's what we're looking for in a Studio Network Support Engineer:
Excellent understanding of computer networking, TCP/IP, and VLANs
Familiarity with wireless networking concepts and troubleshooting
Experience with routing protocols like BGP & OSPF
Knowledge of networking devices and security mechanisms
System administration experience with OSX or Linux
