Are you currently studying towards **Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)** and looking to gain paid classroom experience alongside your university course?

Aspire People are recruiting **Student Teachers** to work in primary schools as **Teaching Assistants and HLTAs**, giving you the opportunity to build valuable school experience while earning around your studies.

This is a fantastic way to develop your classroom confidence, strengthen your understanding of the National Curriculum, and build relationships with schools before qualifying.

Many of our Student Teachers go on to secure long-term teaching positions with schools they've previously worked in.

**The Role:**
* Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Delivering small-group and 1:1 intervention sessions
* Providing classroom support throughout the school day
* Covering classes where appropriate under school guidance
* Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
* Building valuable classroom experience before gaining QTS

**We're Looking For:**
* Students currently studying a Primary Education degree or PGCE with QTS
* Confident working with children
* Enthusiastic and reliable individuals
* Strong communication skills
* Flexible around university commitments
