£13.00 per hour.

Serve as the main point of contact, providing expert advice.
Drafting and reviewing agreements, processing applications
Handle inquiries, complaints, in a prompt and professional manner, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor the live chat function
Responding to emails from clients regarding booking enquiriesDesired Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
