Are you passionate about shaping the future of education? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are actively seeking a highly motivated Student Recruitment and Admission Manager to join our vibrant team in Hatfield.

As the Student Recruitment and Admission Manager (RAM), you will report to the Director of Marketing and Admissions (DMA). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the DMA on various marketing activities aimed at driving international student recruitment, aligning with the targets specified in our business model. Working in tandem with the University Partner, including the International Office and DMA, you will actively contribute to the development of global recruitment initiatives for our designated region/s. Your primary focus is on crafting and communicating the institutional value propositions to the market. You will serve as the main point of contact for applicants, providing guidance and advice to candidates throughout the admission process. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of managing admission officers when required.

Student Recruitment and Admission Manager Requirements:

Proven international student recruitment expertise
Ability to create and articulate value propositions in a clear and compelling way across a wide range of international audiences
Proven ability to monitor and evaluate the impact of marketing and recruitment activities and report appropriately
Experience of reflecting, assessing and developing recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets
Experience of planning and executing lead generation and conversion campaigns by intake
Experience of working with global recruitment agents to drive business growth
Experience of working within a matrix organisation and being able to positively influence stakeholders
Experience with managing diverse stakeholder groups and managing conflicts
Experience of managing budgets and demonstrating return on investment
Knowledge of Home Office/UKVI and CMA compliance
Familiarity with the Higher Education sector, internationally and within the UK
Proven ability to apply commercial rigor and business acumen to decision-making
Post-secondary qualifications, preferably in Marketing/recruitment.
Desirable:

Experience of leading and managing teams to success
Ability to work in a team to inspire team members to explore and engage in all avenues of marketing and student recruitment
