My client is looking for a Student Lettings Manager to join their team, they are open to receiving applications from people who are for Residential Lettings backgrounds too. They are a nice team, looking for someone who wants to be apart of that.
Duties:
* Create the largest active market share
* Maximise revenues
* Grow the property register
* Encourage repeat business and recommendations
* Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
