Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour
Start Date: Monday 7th September 2026
Duration: Approximately 1 week, with ad-hoc shifts available
Location: Various student accommodation sites across Loughborough
Job Type: Temporary / Ad-hoc
The Role
We are looking for friendly, energetic and reliable Student Check-In Runners to support student arrivals across various accommodation sites in Loughborough.
You will be part of a busy check-in team helping students move into their accommodation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and providing a friendly welcome.
Duties
· Assisting students with their luggage and belongings on arrival
· Moving luggage between vehicles, reception areas and student accommodation
· Helping students and parents/guardians with general queries
· Supporting the wider check-in team during busy arrival periods
· Keeping communal areas clear and tidy
· Providing a friendly and helpful service to students
· Working across different student accommodation sites in Loughborough as required
About You
· Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with students and the public
· Reliable and punctual
· Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for the majority of the day
· Happy to lift and carry luggage
· Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
· Flexible and available for ad-hoc shifts when required
· Previous customer service, hospitality, events or similar experience is beneficial
