Structures Supervisor
Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is looking for an experienced Structures Supervisor to join their team on a major highways infrastructure scheme.
Responsibilities
* Supervise day to day structural works, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
* Oversee bridge, culvert, retaining wall, reinforced concrete, and steelwork activities.
* Manage site operatives, subcontractors, and plant on site.
* Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, RAMS, and project specifications.
* Monitor quality, safety, and progress against programme.
* Deliver site briefings, inspections, and toolbox talks.
Requirements
* Experience as a Structures Supervisor or Civil Engineering Supervisor.
* Strong background in highways or major infrastructure projects.
* Experience with bridge, RC, steel, or other structural works.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and manage site teams.
* Gold CSCS Card.
* SMSTS or SSSTS.
* First Aid at Work.
* Driving licence.
* National Highways experience or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) is desirable.
