Structural Technician

Luton outskirts

£37k-£42k plus benefits

Our client is a small but unique practice who are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual to join them as a Structural CAD Technician. You will work within a dynamic and busy team on a range of projects including hi-spec residential, commercial, and sustainable construction plus more.

Working closely with the structural engineers, you will play an integral part in each scheme from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

Prepare buildings structures drawings with accuracy and integrity
Work within the whole team to adhere to company guidelines
Assist with preparing project documentation

About you:

Previous experience in all traditional materials
At least 3 years' UK experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy
Proficient in use of AutoCAD
