Description:

Role: Structural Engineer
Location: Remote (UK based)
Salary: Competitive with bonus structure

Your day to day duties will include:

Steel connection design

Frame analysis of steel frame in the temporary state

Value engineering of current steel frame designs

Streamlining designs to suit unique demands of each project

Working alongside and checking work with other Engineers including Graduate Engineers

Liaising with all internal departments (Drawing Office, Fabrication, Erection, etc.)

Liaising with all members of design team (Engineer, Architect, etc.)

To be considered for the role, you will need the following:

A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

Chartered membership to ISE or ICE preferred but not essential

Minimum 3 years' experience in Designing steel structures/connections

CAD experience (Tekla experience advantageous)

Good communication will be essential with drawings
