Structural Engineer for a leading consultancy based in Warrington. This opportunity requires an ambitious candidate seeking to explore a new challenge within their career. Our client are an established firm of Civil, Structural and Geotechnical Consulting Engineers who are experts in Bridges, Rail Infrastructure, Buildings, Temporary Works and Geotechnical Services.
The most suitable Structural Engineer will gain experience with all aspects of the business which will include project delivery, business development, financial management and marketing. The projects may include Bridges, Rail, Temporary Works, and Building.
Structural Engineer Position Overview
Design a range of Structures in buildings, rail, bridges, temporary works and embankments & earthworks design.
Assist and Mentor junior staff
Pre- Planning Assessments
Client Meetings and Sit Meetings
Complex finite element analysis of concrete flat slabs, steel frame design
Structural Engineer Position Requirements
Must have clean or near clean driving licence
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering or other relevant subjects
Proven experience in the residential industry
Fluent in the use AutoCAD, Master Series and Revit
Experience with MS Office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Experience of engineering design software
A Chartered member of a relevant engineering institution i.e., ICE
An Accredited degree in Structural engineering and member / associate member with the Institution of Structural Engineers
