Description:
Catfoss Recruitment Ltd are currently in partnership with an established Engineering Consultancy that is looking to recruit a Structural CAD / REVIT Technician to their expanding team on a permanent basis.
Structural CAD Technician / REVIT Technician skills & experience:
* Be proficient using AutoCAD and Revit Structures.
* Have 5 years (minimum) experience within a structural engineering environment.
* Be able to work from calculations and sketches to produce high quality drawings and Revit models with limited supervision and instruction from engineers.
* Be willing and able to solve problems and present solutions.
* Be willing and able to professionally communicate (verbally and written) with clients, other consultants and contractors.
* Understand the construction process and how buildings are designed and constructed.
* Understand the BIM process and demonstrate the importance of coordination.
* Experience in steelwork, reinforced concrete, timber, masonry and foundations.
