Ambitek is recruiting for a 6G Coded MIG Welder
The role is temp ongoing but there are certainly opportunities to go permanent.

6G Coded MIG Welder Job Requirements
* Experience as a 6G Coded welder
* Comfortable reading engineering drawings
* Worked with thick plate and pipe
* Extensive MIG experience on thick plate
* Experience of fabricating
Education/Training Requirements
* You must be time served as a Welder and have a current 6G coding
The weld test will consist of:
Welding standard is 6G minimum.
* Test ISO9606-1
* Test Material Carbon Steel (S355)
* Welding 138 and 136.
* Welding Position / Dimension
* H-LO45 + Branch Joint (138 & 136) , 15mm/ 20mm Pipe + 20mm / 25mm Plate
* PB (138), 15mm Plate
* PF (136), 15mm Plate
* PD (136), 15mm Plate.
Salary Information
Basic is 42 hours per week
£21.50 on days and £23.50 on backshift
£4.50 per hour attendance bonus when you work all 5 days, there is also a travel allowance of £30 per day outside 60 miles, if you work 5 days they will then pay it at 7.
