Strip Fitter
Location: Corby
Pay Rate: Up to £18 p/h PAYE, up to £20 p/h Umbrella
Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday, 6pm-6am (3am finish on Thursday shift)
Employment Type: Ongoing work
Igloo is looking for Strip Fitters to join our client’s team in Corby! This role presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join one of the UK's leading automotive companies, which has operations across the country.
The Role:
As a Strip Fitter, you will be working on but not limited to:
* Stripping down vehicles ready for panel repair, prepping and painting.
* Removing all electrical and mechanical trim.
* Re-fitting all trim after painting ready for the vehicle to be polished.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety obligations at all times.
What kind of person we are looking for?
* Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
* You will need to work efficiently but to a high standard.
* Hold a full, category B driving license, with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
* Organisational skills.
* Must be able to work well within a team
