Streetworks Team Leader

Based in Essex this position reports into the Streetworks Manager and you will be responsible for setting the daily duties within the team.

Duties include:

* Effective management of the team ensuring tasks are completed quickly and efficiently whilst escalating any necessary issues promptly to the Streetworks Manager.

* Manage team holidays.

* Ensure weekend rota is compiled and staffed (Failure could result in cover yourself).

* Ensure all relevant SLA’s are met in line with delivery and performance targets ensuring extensions are requested when required.

* Management of all defect reporting for the clients

* Management of project works

* Ensuring permits are raised when requested.

* Disputing/Accepting of any FPN’s & Sections S74’s.

* Running of Live sites data and forward to relevant people.

* Running of the Daily attendance report and to be sent to relevant people.

* COF Summary report/Streetworks Log (FPN’s & S74’s Data).

* Permit charges to be investigated and disputed where applicable.

* Client Streetworks dashboard for Defects & Interims.

* Reinstatement STATS Report

You will:

* Have relevant experience working within a streetworks team.

* Able to work within a fast paced and pressurised environment.

* Have good clear communication and organisational skills.

* Able to lead and direct a team confidently.

* Work well within a team.
