Job Description:
As a Streamer/Assessor Nurse, you will be responsible for initial patient assessments, streamlining care pathways, and ensuring patients receive appropriate and timely care. Your role will be crucial in managing patient flow and optimizing healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial patient assessments, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations.
