This is an exciting client who have achieved some wonderful growth and are now looking to double turnover by 2028! Get involved – strategy, creativity, analysis, reporting! But you will, own it, implement it, do the do and work with sales and generate systems and process using Sales Force CRM. SEO, LinkedIn marketing ownership. Small budget to start but huge opportunity to grow and develop something!

What we want is Marketing passion – sales mentality, demand generation – B2b corporate customers
Someone that can use the CRM database to develop and execute marketing campaigns. This business has big plans, you will play a key role in helping them achieve! Build the brand, get the business name out there, work with the sales team to FACILITATE GROWTH!

The Day-to-Day:

* Develop and execute new marketing strategy (from scratch) to drive awareness, traffic, engagement, leads, and customer acquisition

* Own and manage a CRM system (Salesforce) to manage leads, track interactions, and link through to digital campaign targeting (and re-targeting)

* Create, manage, and optimise organic and paid digital campaigns, primarily on B2B platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)

* Build and manage an email list, and sending regular content and curated insights to nurture leads and maintain relationships (EDM)

* Optimise website content for relevant keywords (SEO)

* Copy writing and creating engaging content (alongside a mid-level designer/creative)

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams; including the Board of Directors (to understand the strategic direction of the business), research and insight (to understand the industry), sales (to understand key target prospects), design and creative (to co-create engaging digital marketing campaign assets)

* Analyse and report on campaign performance, report directly to the Board of Directors, and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

* Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation to move the business forward.

* Strategic thinking – to fully understand our client’s businesses, and commercial opportunities.

* Internal thinking – identifying beneficial changes to processes and recommending change.

The Candidate:

* Proven Marketing experience, with a portion of this time spent at an SME, smaller agency, or in a small in-house team.

* Experience in Market Research would be ideal

* A proven track record of successful campaign execution

* Excellent project management, organisational, and time-management skills

* Strong people skills, and the ability to work collaboratively

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* A strong interest in brands, the media, and more broadly cultural conversations

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

* The ability to adapt and evolve in a growth orientated environment

* An eye for detail but able to see and appreciate the bigger picture

* The ability to grow digital relationships, and spot opportunities
