Description:
Established in 1999, Wasco Berhad (formerly known as Wah Seong Corporation Berhad) has evolved into a dynamic integrated infrastructure group. With a strong presence in Malaysia, we have successfully expanded our footprint globally across 17 countries worldwide
Wasco UK is based in Hartlepool and specialises in protective coatings for oil and gas pipelines. We are looking to appoint a Stores Supervisor to be employed on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the role:
* To ensure the store are staffed and stock with raw material and consumables for production.
* Receive inbound deliveries using SAP ERP system, communicate with all departments on arrival of stock.
* Raise order for material to avoid stock outs
* Issues material to the operation and manage the transition thought the system.
* Conduct weekly cycle counts on stocked items
* Manage quarterly stock takes
* Work with the Finance to ensure all materials and services are processed triggering payment.
* Generate weekly and month stock reports
The following are desirable but not essential:
* Fork Lift Counter Balance certified
* Shipping - Import & Export custom clearance experience
