Location : Northampton
Pay rate : £13.00 - £13.75 per hour
Shifts :
Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30
Friday 07:30 - 12:30
Interaction Recruitment now hiring for a Stores Supervisor to join our fantastic client in Northampton. They are one of the leading Shoe Factories in the Town and are currently growing their team after a strong start to 2024.
You will work alonside to Production Manager, leading day to day operations and delivering an efficient warehouse and Store.
Your duty will include:
Running a smooth operation in a cost effective manner.
Liaising with the Production Manager to produce an efficient process for the goods reaching the factory operation.
Organise the warehouse team and manage their productivity.
Implement KPIs for the warehouse and stores team.
Carry out inventory checks.
Create a process to improve stock management.
What we need from you:
Previous leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
Procative approach to management.
Ability to motivate employees.
Experience in identifying h&s risks.
Ability to implement positive change.
