P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a stores-person to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming stock and deliveries.
* Store and organise stock in the warehouse efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Operate a forklift safely and in compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
* Drive company van to deliver or collect goods as required.
* Assist with inventory counts and stock control processes.
* Support the team with general warehouse duties as required.
Person Specification:
* Previous experience in a warehouse, storeman, or similar role is preferred.
* Valid forklift license with proven experience operating forklifts safely.
* Full UK driving license with a clean driving record (for van driving).
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills for stock management systems is an advantage.
* Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
* Comfortable with standing, bending, and manual handling tasks throughout the day.
Working Hours & Benefits:
* Monday – Friday
* Full-time
* 25 days holiday per year (Jan-Dec)
