Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Person based in Peterlee for one of our clients on a Full time long term contract basis to start ASAP.

Summary of the Stores Person role 

Salary: £30,000
Location: Peterlee 
Type of Contract: Long term contract – immediate start  
Hours: 37.5 hour working week Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities of the Stores Person

Accurately receive, check, and book in deliveries ensuring all goods are correctly recorded within the internal system
Efficiently store and organise incoming stock
Use computer-based stock control systems
Requirements for a successful Stores Person

Good level of PC literacy with the ability to confidently use stock systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and inputting data
Good organisational skills
A valid Reach license would be advantageous (but not essential)
