Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

A well-established engineering and manufacturing company is looking for a reliable Stores & Goods In Operative to join their busy team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while supporting the smooth running of production.

If you have previous stores, warehouse or goods-in experience and hold a valid forklift licence, we'd like to hear from you.

The Stores & Goods In Operative role:

Receiving deliveries and checking goods against paperwork
Booking stock onto the computer system
Reporting any damaged or missing items
Moving stock to the correct location
Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift
Supplying materials to the production team
Keeping stock organised and helping with stock checks
Arranging deliveries to subcontractors and booking couriers
Preparing parts for collection and dispatch
Carrying out local collections and deliveries when required
Keeping the stores and dispatch areas clean and tidy
Helping with other warehouse and stores duties as neededWhat's on offer:

Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or goods in role
A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
Basic computer skills
Good attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to help
