Are you a commercially minded fashion retail leader with a strong eye for product, presentation and customer experience?
We're recruiting a Store Product & Visual Lead to join a trend-led fashion brand in Sheffield. You'll take ownership of product presentation and visual standards, ensuring the store is inspiring, commercial and aligned to the brand.
The Role
Lead and develop the Store Product & Visual team.
Own product presentation, merchandising and visual standards.
Deliver seasonal launches, campaigns and new product introductions.
Use sales and customer insights to maximise commercial opportunities.
Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Operations.
Coach teams on product knowledge, presentation and commercial awareness.
Support refits, new concepts and store development where required.
About You
You'll ideally have:
Experience in Product, VM, Product Merchandising or a similar retail leadership role.
Strong fashion, premium, lifestyle or trend-led retail experience.
Experience leading and developing teams.
A strong commercial mindset and understanding of sales performance.
Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for product and customer experience.
