Lifestyle Fashion Brand £14.95 per hour | 36 hours per week Horsham Boutique Hours: 9.30am – 5pm
Our client is a much-loved lifestyle brand known for beautiful designs, exceptional customer loyalty, and a warm, boutique shopping experience. We’re seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead their Horsham team and drive performance in this key location.

* Proven management experience within fashion or lifestyle retail
* Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
* Confident with visual merchandising and creating an inspiring store environment

* Solid understanding of KPIs, budgets and gross profit
* Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, commercial mindset
