Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager
Take full ownership of the store, motivating, supporting, and developing a strong, engaged team.
Deliver a high level of personalised customer service while ensuring the brand's image, values, and standards are consistently reflected.
Drive the team towards sales, KPI, and profitability goals, proactively identifying ways to improve performance and maximise opportunities.
