It’s imperative that your leadership style is inclusive of all in-store & able to generate the best performance outcomes across every commercial indicator.
You’ll ever able to prioritise your focus across a myriad of ever-changing tasks, be it operational slickness, staff development across to local trade marketing initiatives that you may originate & implement.
There will be the need for close communication with your group colleagues elsewhere across this companies expending retail estate – here you can draw on learnt best practice whilst simultaneously imparting the successes that your store accomplishes.
Store standards be it personnel, merchandising, customer service are the bedrock of non-negotiable standards that you daily inspire others to abide by.

Requirements:
There is a need to have previously led a retail sales team to deliver extraordinary sales performance within a retail store setting.
Understanding of watch & jewellery merchandise would naturally be helpful although there are standout Watch & Jewellery trade personas who have transferred their talent from other equally sophisticated retail product areas.
The breadth of which is quite wide but in summary could be Fashion, Eyewear, Luxury goods, Fragrance, and cosmetics – the emphasis being on presenting a product proposition that is personal & requires careful thoughtful presentation.
It would be great if the successful appointee could demonstrate success in team building, encouraging store service levels that go above & beyond & can engender consistently best customer service endeavour whatever the future challenge maybe.
