Are you an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager looking for your next challenge?
We're recruiting for a Store Manager in Cardiff for a successful fashion, sports and lifestyle retailer. This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused retail manager to take ownership of a store, lead a team and drive strong sales and customer service performance.

The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store, leading and developing a team to deliver an excellent customer experience and achieve key sales and KPI targets.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a retail team
Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high service standards
Managing stock, visual merchandising, rotas and operational standards
Managing store costs and ensuring strong commercial performance
Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
Maintaining high standards across the store and creating an engaging environment
Taking ownership of the overall store operation
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager from fashion, sports, lifestyle or another customer-focused retail environment.
You'll ideally have:
Proven experience managing a retail store and delivering against sales and KPI targets
Strong people management and team development skills
A commercial mindset with experience managing store performance
Excellent customer service skills
Experience managing stock, visual merchandising and store operations
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A hands-on approach and the confidence to lead from the front
