We're looking for an ambitious Store Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new fashion store in Beverley.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a store from day one. You'll be involved in building your team, setting the standards and creating the culture, while having real responsibility for driving sales and performance.

The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the new store and be responsible for:
Leading the store opening and getting everything ready for launch
Recruiting, training and developing your team
Creating a positive and high-performing store culture
Driving sales and delivering against KPIs
Delivering an excellent customer experience
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards
Managing stock, deliveries and day-to-day operations
Using commercial information to identify opportunities and improve performance
Leading from the front and being visible on the shop floor
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
An experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager
Commercially driven with a strong focus on sales and KPIs
A confident people leader who enjoys developing a team
Customer focused and passionate about delivering great service
Energetic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Organised, proactive and able to take ownership
Excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up
Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, footwear or other customer-focused retail environments would be ideal.
