Store Manager
Location: Omagh, Northern Ireland
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading international retailer in the hair and beauty industry to recruit an experienced Store Manager for their Omagh location.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader with a passion for customer service, team development and sales growth.
You will take responsibility for the overall management and commercial performance of the store, leading a team to achieve targets, deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Lead, coach and develop the team to achieve business objectives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
Identify talent and support career development and succession planning.
Build a positive, motivated and customer-focused team culture.
Sales & Commercial Performance
Drive sales, achieve targets and deliver key KPIs.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and grow the customer base.
Monitor competitor activity and local market trends.
Deliver marketing campaigns and maximise promotional opportunities.
Customer Experience
Champion outstanding customer service and high service standards.
Develop team product knowledge and selling skills.
Use customer feedback to improve the overall experience.
Store Operations
Oversee the day-to-day running of the store.
Maintain effective stock control, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and company procedures.
Manage staffing and store resources effectively.
About You
You will have:
Previous experience in retail management or leading a customer-facing team.
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
Excellent leadership skills, with experience developing and motivating teams.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
A proactive, commercially focused approach.
A passion for customer service and creating a positive team environment.
Experience in the hair and beauty industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
