This is an opportunity to lead a successful store, develop a high-performing team, and drive commercial results while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Offering a salary of up to £42,000 plus bonus, this role is ideal for a hands-on manager who enjoys leading from the front and making a real impact.
The Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the store, ensuring commercial targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional operational standards and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a motivated team, creating a positive and engaging working environment.
Drive sales performance through effective leadership, customer engagement and commercial decision-making.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and set high service standards across the store.
Monitor and analyse KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
Take ownership of store operations, ensuring high standards of presentation, compliance and day-to-day execution.
Manage stock, staffing and resources effectively to maximise efficiency and results.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You
Previous experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership position.
Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and KPI performance.
