Description:

Monday to Friday | Temp to Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Stock Systems & Inventory Coordinator to help a busy business implement and embed a new Rubicon stock management system.

The system is semi-automated, with products scanned into the warehouse, allocated to production jobs and then tracked through to despatch. You will play a key role in making sure the system is working correctly and that the information held on the system matches the physical stock.

This is a hands-on and varied role, working across warehouse, production and despatch, helping to identify and resolve issues quickly and ensuring the new system and processes run as smoothly as possible.

The Role

* Help drive the introduction and implementation of the Rubicon stock management system

* Check system stock against physical stock and investigate any discrepancies

* Carry out stock checks, reconciliations and regular audits

* Identify and resolve system and stock anomalies

* Monitor stock movements from goods-in through production to final despatch

* Work closely with warehouse, production and despatch teams to ensure stock is accurately recorded and allocated

* Help identify process issues and put practical solutions in place

* Assist different departments to ensure the new system is being used correctly

* Quickly investigate and resolve any discrepancies between system records and physical stock

* Help improve stock accuracy and ensure the new system becomes fully embedded within the business

About You

We are looking for someone who is practical, analytical and confident working with both people and systems.

You may currently be working as a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller, Warehouse Systems Coordinator, WMS Administrator, Stock Analyst or in a similar role.

You should have:

* Previous experience working with Rubicon stock management software

* Experience in stock control, inventory or warehouse operations

* A strong understanding of stock accuracy and reconciliation

* Experience investigating stock discrepancies and putting things right

* Good IT and systems skills

* Excellent attention to detail

* A methodical approach to checking and reconciling information

* Strong problem-solving skills

* The confidence to work across different departments and challenge discrepancies where necessary

* A hands-on approach and the ability to get involved wherever required

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with systems and making sure things work properly in practice.

The position is expected to be temp to permanent, with a permanent salary of around £30,000 per annum.

Monday to Friday.

If you have experience with Rubicon and stock/inventory control, we'd love to hear from you
