Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with their prestigious client in Lincolnshire who have a unique opportunity for a Stock Integrity Manager reporting into a Board of Directors.

This is a diverse role with a range of key accountabilities ensuring Clients receive the highest standard of customer care that has been at the heart of the Company ethos.

They pride themselves in giving customers a flexible, efficient, and friendly service, with first class standards of stock control, ensuring their customers are safe in the knowledge that the information they get is accurate. The approach is both efficient and flexible allowing customers access to stock at short notice.

Our Client is a cold store with 5,000 pallet spaces and product can be delivered chilled, blast frozen and stored. Providing up-tempering and defrost service.

This is a Senior role that will be responsible and accountable for the Stock Integrity, high level Administration tasks and financial responsibility, pivotal in the day to day management of the site.

This role is autonomous and will require someone with a sound knowledge in the FMCG arena, a self motivator who is from a strong warehousing background. Food industry would be a distinct advantage.

Tasks Include:

* Excellent communications skills with the ability to liaise with the Warehouse teams, Clients and Customers across a broad spectrum

* To thoroughly understand and interpret all data transactions and implement proactive and innovative solutions to ensure the accuracy of stock is maintained

* Ensure all stock discrepancies are analysed and resolved in a timely manner

* Maintain all aspects of stock integrity and ensure ownership of activities and resolutions

* Prepare and post monthly management accounts, (prepayments/accruals, balance sheet reconciliations)

* Site Budgeting and forecasting including analysis of monthly numbers and presenting findings to management

* Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.

* Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout

* Financial accountability for sales/invoicing/credit control

* Fully accountable for payroll, VAT and HMRC processes

* Management of bank including reconciliation

About you:

* Strong technical accounting knowledge

* Good knowledge of Excel

* Fully or part qualified accountant (AAT, ACCA, CIMA)

* Experience running annual audit and creating statutory accounts.

* Develop business relationships with suppliers and customers
