Job Role: Stock Coordinator
Location: Weymouth
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday (Maternity Cover) 39 hours per week
This role will include:
Maintaining a safe place of work, ensuring all activities performed are in accordance with regulatory and company Health and Safety policy and requirement.
Ensure daily checks of all material handling equipment are carried out and up to date.
Overall Stock Control: by ensuring all Products and Material arriving at or leaving the facility are aligned to the PO or C of C and recorded / traceable within Aventa.
Liaising with, placing and expediting of Sub Con Orders.
Ensure all materials are held within appropriate locations and conduct all movements of materials in line with current processes and procedures.
Assess and check condition/quantity of all goods received, and conduct reject processes when in receipt of non-confirming material.
Ensure product leaving or arriving is Import / Export compliant.
Skills and experience required:
Experience within aerospace industry (Preferred), or related environment.
Methodical and analytical approach to all tasks.
Accurate attention to detail, and process driven.
Collaborative and able to work as part of a team and an individual when required.
