Telecare Stock Controller
* Starting Salary £28,873.33 + Benefits
* Reporting into Stock Control Manager
* 12 months FTC - may continue to Permanent after
* Full Time on site 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
* Location - Basingstoke, Tadley On-Site
We are hiring a Stock Controller for initially a 12 months FTC (MAT Cover) to join our client who specialise in Telecare and Assistive technology - helping people live safely and independently.
As the single point of contact for Stock Operations (South-East Service Area) you will supervise the Stores Team and the delivery of managed Stock operations.
As Stock Controller you will be responsible for ordering, recycling, dispatch and maintenance of telecare and assistive technology equipment on behalf of our client. Ensuring the stock functions of the business remain as seamless and efficient as possible while maintaining the high standards attained by reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the Stores Team, ensuring all training, quality and service deliverables are met in accordance with quality management system (ISO9001) and industry certifications.
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages/deficiencies/issues to the Stock Control Manager.
* Supervise the sterilisation and refurbishment of all recycled equipment to specified standards.
* Submit purchase orders to suppliers and track deliveries.
* Maintain robust asset tracking processes by documenting orders, receipts, transfers and transactions using selected systems.
* Supervise picking, packaging, quality assurance and shipping of products to customers by mail.
* Support other departments by providing awareness on product availability and organising replenishment of stock to Engineering Teams.
* Co-ordinate the return of stock to vendor repair centres.
* Supervise monthly stock takes and audits to reduce equipment losses.
* Maintain client confidentiality and uphold an exceptional approach to customer satisfaction.
* Any other responsibilities delegated by the Stock Control Manager
* Conduct a full stock take for all service areas.
