Do you have significant stock surveying experience?
I'm currently working with a Housing Association in South East London who are looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to work on their residential stock.
Come and play a key role in developing customer expectations and other key stakeholders involvement in a programme of projects.
This is a 3-month contract which is likely to be extended as most contractors who have worked there have experienced this.
Your pay rate will be £35-40 an hour.
