The Role
As the Stock Condition Surveyor, you’ll:
Carry out stock condition surveys on residential social housing properties.
Record condition data using handheld/tablet software.
Assess building components, lifecycle data, and HHSRS elements.
Produce accurate and detailed survey information in line with client requirements.
Work independently across occupied and void properties. You
To be successful in the role of Stock Condition Surveyor, you’ll bring:
Previous experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor or Property Surveyor.
Experience working within social housing/residential housing stock.
Strong knowledge of building pathology and property components.
Comfortable using tablets and asset management software.
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred. What's in it for you?
