Description:
Peace Recruitment are working with a surveying consultancy to source a number of Stock Condition Surveyors for ongoing work. The organisation have a great name in the market for what they do and have been successful in a number of tenders.
For the right candidate the role is likely to be 3-6 months. You will primarily be working on housing projects. Experience of SHQS surveys is essential for this role, being qualified to do EPC surveys would be beneficial but not essential.
This role will require you to plan your own day and travel to properties so access to a vehicle with business insurance is required for this role.
Payment will be based on a per survey basis but likely earnings are £180-£200 per day. The role is outside of IR35 so you can be paid limited company. My client would look at candidates throughout Scotland but North of Scotland there are a number of vacancies
